St Hilda’s Church PCC is looking to raise a substantial sum of money to set aside in a restricted Restoration Fund for the future maintenance and upkeep of the grade 2 listed church building. 

As part of the ongoing fund raising activities it is intended to allow parishioners and others to donate items to the St Hilda’s PCC which can be sold and the monies raised to be placed into the restricted Restoration Fund. 

Selling of the item will usually be through e-Bay but not exclusively.  Where it is considered expedient, other outlets may be used.  It is also hoped that those donating items will allow the funds raised to be ‘Giftaid’ whenever possible.  The selling of items through e-Bay will be based on experience built up over the recent years with a private scheme one member of the congregation has been operating.  The St Hilda’s account will be run as a separate e-Bay ID.
