Application For Entry

Unfortunately the cost of adding names can not be borne by St Hilda's and therefore we ask individuals to make a donation to cover the costs. We suggest a donation of about £25. If you are a UK Tax payer we would like to suggest that this donation is gift aided as the extra monies help maintain the Church.

please make your payment by cheque to "St Hilda PCC" and enclose with your application form

 NB. The books were last updated in September 2011 and are next scheduled to be sent away for updating at the end of April 2012.
